Refund Policy

We like to make sure ever single customer is 100% happy with your guitar strap or product from StrapGraphics.

For custom guitar straps, we cant restock the product so custom straps cant not be returned like a typical off the shelf product but if for any reason you are not happy with in the first 30 days of receiving, please email us and we will make sure to resolve any issue you might have or provide a refund.
