REFUND and RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy
Its our policy that you are 100% happy with your guitar strap. If you are not satisfied with your guitar strap please contact us. We'll do what it takes to make sure this is a great experience for you.
We offer returns on all stock non custom guitar straps as long as they are in new condition and returned with in 30 days. Please note, we do not pay return shipping.
We do not offer returns on custom products (straps) unless it's a manufacturer error as the strap cannot be reused once its customized.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
After placing your order online, it takes us about 5 BUSINESS DAYS to make your strap(s) and prep them for delivery. Shipping time depends on what you select during the checkout process, and is in addition to this time.
We want to make this an awesome experience for you, so if you need it sooner, contact us and we’ll quote rush charges depending on the type of strap and quantity ordered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship anywhere UPS goes. Note -We don’t include tariffs or customs duties in the price of your order. You’re responsible for paying all of these applicable fees upon receipt of your package.
