Welcome back from the holidays! Our first change for the new year is a better checkout process for gift certificates. We added a payment method that allows for a more graceful checkout if you have a zero balance after applying a gift certificate to your order. We’re sorry for those of you who had issues with this.

Updated Christmas Shipping Deadlines

Great news? Yes. Holiday miracle? Quite possibly. We’re extending the ground shipping deadline to Sunday night, Dec 11th. Be sure to get your orders in before Monday morning if you want ground shipping in time for December 25th this season.

Taylor Swift’s Custom Strap

Taylor Swift is a one of a kind artist who not only shows her individuality through her song writing, but also in the way she performs on stage. So when the Iowa Wells Fargo Arena contacted us about making a guitar strap for Taylor we knew it would be an exciting project. They wanted to thank her for selling out their arena for a second time and thought what better way than with a custom guitar strap?

They designed a white guitar strap with all her song titles written in brown text. She was truly thankful for the gift, and some of the lucky Wells Fargo Arena staff earned some extra time backstage. Read about their experience on their blog.
