Is my personal information secure? We use industry standard practices to protect your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously.

When can I get one? Because we make each custom guitar strap by hand, give us 2 weeks for production plus any additional shipping time. We can work something out if you're in a hurry, but rush charges will apply.

How quality are these custom guitar straps? We use solid 7-8oz high quality thick leather that is extremely durable yet soft to the touch. Combine that with a printed matte layer, and you've got an amazing custom guitar strap.

What are your printing capabilities? If you have artwork or a image, we can print it! We are the founders of custom PRINTED guitar straps and are the ONLY company that offers this very unique process to the general public. We offer high resolution FULL integrated COLOR printing.

What can I imprint? You can imprint anything you want as long as it doesn't infringe on any copyright or trademark laws. Even though we don't like to stun your creativity, we reserve the right to refuse artwork for any reason. We're very reasonable, but also respectful.

How long does our imprinting last? StrapGraphics imprinting will last for as long as you take care of it. Like any other printed product, excessive abuse will eventually show wear.

How can I be sure my graphic or art will look exceptional? The higher resolution the better. Your strap's image quality is directly related to the quality of image you provide us. If in doubt, use the templates we've provided on the "Custom Guitar Straps" page to ensure your art fits the expected dimensions and resolution.

Do you keep my design on file in case I want to re-order? Yes we save all designs for future reorders. However we are not responsible if for some reason your archived design is lost.

Once my order is placed, how do I know that StrapGraphics has received it and it's being produced? You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is placed. If you have received the email, then your order has successfully been placed and is in production. We will contact you if any problems arise.

What types of payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on our website. All order placed online go in to production immediately. We also accept money orders and personal checks, but please allow time for bank transactions to clear. If you have problems placing an order online please call or email us and we'll be happy to help.

Do you charge a setup fee? Nope. We keep it simple.

Can I get larger quantities than specified on this website? Yes. Please call or send us an email for pricing.

Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately not. Do to our timely production and preparation we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. The only exception to this policy is duplicate orders.

Can I return my product? Due to the product being customized to individual preferences, we do not accept any returns unless there was a manufacture error. All of our products pass a documented quality inspection prior to shipment.
